Accelerated collaboration and reduced project friction for the ExxonMobil LCS digital experience by uniting four disconnected agency teams under a shared vision, establishing governance practices, optimizing delivery tools, and creating the guardrails that turned competing approaches into a single, focused direction.
Directed UX strategy for Corebridge Financial’s MarketLock RILA website: Designed and optimized the website that communicated a complex investment product to advisors and investors, helping Corebridge achieve its largest-ever product launch and a 40% increase in premiums and deposits within its Individual Retirement business.
Introduced scalable governance models: Designed frameworks and tools that enabled distributed teams to innovate confidently within defined constraints, improving quality and reducing redundant design work.
