I’ve spent 15 years directing UX work, guiding products, and shaping strategies that move the needle for both people and industry. My experience using design thinking to solve business problems in human-centric ways results in impactful outcomes, including:
- Aligning teams with clear direction, clarifying what matters, and removing what doesn’t
- Giving organizations a way of seeing themselves the way their customers do
- Leading teams that earn trust, build loyalty, and drive measurable outcomes
